1.1. Accommodation provider – operator of the accommodation provider Konrad Apartments (Küütri 8, Tartu 51007)
1.2. Client – a person/ company booking a visitor’s apartment of Konrad Apartments
1.3. Apartment – visitor’s apartment of Konrad Apartments or an apartment.
2. Booking and payment terms
2.1. A Client can pay via the web page by a bank transfer before the arrival, by a bank terminal or in cash on the spot. On the spot, it is possible to pay upon checking in.
2.2. In exceptional cases (e.g. for getting an extra price, during high season, etc.), the Accommodation Provider may ask for a prepayment in the amount of 30% – 100% of the total amount for booking the Apartment. The rest of the amount shall be paid on the spot upon checking in unless agreed differently.
2.3. In case a Client would like to stay longer in the Apartment, the Accommodation Provider should be informed at least 2 hours before the check-out time. The Accommodation Provider cannot guarantee the availability of the apartments.
3. Check – in and check – out
3.1. Check-in is regularly at 3 p.m. or it is previously agreed with each Client separately.
3.2. The Apartment keys shall be handed personally to each Client at Küütri 8, Tartu 51007 at the time previously agreed with the Accommodation Provider.
3.3. The Client shall free the Apartment on the day s/he is leaving by 12 o’clock at the latest unless previously agreed differently.
4. Accommodation prices
4.1. All accommodation prices are available on the web page of the Accommodation Provider at www.konradapartments.ee.
4.2. All accommodation prices are valid for one Apartment for one day accommodation.
4.3. The Accommodation Provider offers different benefits for loyal customers and for those who book the Apartment for a longer period of time. In order to get the discount price list, the Client should turn to the Accommodation Provider.
4.4. The Accommodation Provider shall reserve the right to make changes in prices.
4.5. The prices include clean bed linen, towels and toiletries (in accordance with the number of people stated in the booking), cutlery, cleaning service once (1) a week, all consumption expenses in a reasonable amount (water, sewerage, heating, electricity, refuse collection), WIFI connection.
4.6. Car parking is possible in a public paid car park.
4.7. Cleaning is carried out before checking in and on every seventh (7) day at the time previously agreed with the Client.
4.8. The Client shall be entitled to order an unscheduled cleaning service as well as changing of the bed linen and towels for 20 euros per one time.
4.9. Apartments have kitchen furniture together with the equipment (oven, cooker, dishwasher, air cleaner, refrigerator, electric kettle), tableware, kitchen utensils for cooking, a TV, furniture, lamps, a washing machine (excl. Apartment 1), ironing equipment (if previously agreed so with the Client), drying racks (if previously agreed so with the Client), etc.
4.10. The Client shall pay additionally for the products in the minibar of the Accommodation Provider according to the price list upon checking out.
5. Rules of the Accommodation Provider
5.1. The Client shall make sure that the door is locked upon leaving the Apartment.
5.2. Do not let stranger enter your Apartment.
5.3. All the Apartments are smoke free. Smoking is allowed only in special places in the yard in front of the Accommodation Provider’s building and on the roof terrace. In case a Client smokes outside the area intended for this, s/he shall undertake to pay a penalty in the amount of EUR 200.
5.4. No parties are allowed in the Apartments.
5.5. It is not allowed to take things with you from the apartment (excl. an umbrella that shall be returned later upon checking out).
5.5. The Accommodation Provider shall not take any responsibility for the lost personal items. The Client shall be informed of the items found in the Apartment by e-mail or by phone. The found things are kept maximum for 3 months.
5.5. In case a Client is aggressive or noisy to other clients, neighbours or employees of the Accommodation Provider, the Client shall undertake to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 300 and reimburse the damage caused by him/ her.
5.5. No pets are allowed in the Apartments.
5.6. The Apartment shall be used for its intended purpose and shall be kept in order. Water and electricity shall be used economically
5.6. In case items in the Apartment (incl. those referred to in Clause 4.9) are lost or damaged, the Accommodation Provider shall be immediately informed of this. In case the Client is to be blamed for the lost or damaged items, the Client shall take responsibility and shall undertake to compensate for the damage in accordance with the price list of the Accommodation Provider.
5.7. The Accommodation Provider shall not be responsible for failures and accidents not dependent on it (e.g. technical failures of the equipment, disorders in providing the utilities, etc.).
5.8. The Accommodation Provider shall not be responsible for the personal items of the Client lost from the Apartment.
5.9. The quiet night time begins at 11 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.
6.1. The Accommodation Provider shall not be responsible for bad weather, disease, changes in the travelling plans or delay in a trip.
6.2. The Client shall undertake to pay for cancellation of the booking as follows:
6.2.1. The Client informs of the booking cancellation at least 7 days (168 hours) in advance – cancellation fee is EUR 0.
6.2.2. The Client informs of the booking cancellation less than 7 days (less than 168 hours) in advance – cancellation fee is 100% of the first night price.
6.2.3. In case of not turning up, the Client shall undertake to pay the booking fee in full.
